Trini Doublez is pleased to announce that we are joining the legendary Caribbean in White party in Oakland this Saturday, September 13!  The party starts at 4:00 pm, but we will be serving our doubles starting at 7:00pm.

This time around, chef will be preparing a limited amount of a special Trini dish, so come on out and see the surprise!

This party will be fun, exciting and a great celebration of our Caribbean community in the Bay Area!

After many tweaks, we have finally found the perfect recipe for the Bara!  The secret really is in the texture.  It wasn't easy to figure out how to make that delicious fry bread that tasted like what we've known growing up!  We are so excited to share our delicious doubles staple with all of you. It'll be even better smothered in our flavourful channa and sauces!

Fluffy, just the right amount of chewy, and perfectly seasoned...this recipe is a winner!

Our goal is to share the authentic doubles experience with international palates, allowing the world to taste the traditional flavours you would eat on d' road in Trinidad and Tobago.
